Shipping & Returns

Can I track my order?

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us at contact@llanglois.com.

Which delivery option do you offer?

We currently ship DHL to all EU countries and the UK.

How long is the delivery time?

2-5 working days

Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received in our warehouse. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Europe-wide and to the UK.

How much does shipping cost?

If your order amount exceeds 300 Euro standard shipping will be free. We currently ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all countries in the European Union. Orders from the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that it is the customers responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes

Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 30 Euros. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

Outside the European Union: In the event that the customer refuses to collect the items due to customs fees, they will lose the right to be reimbursed, since we would have to bear the return costs.

What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to contact@llanglois.com with your full name, order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (unused, with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 14 days of receiving a product ordered. Please note, that return costs to our German facility are born by the customer. Remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.

If you would like to return your order, please follow the below instructions:

  • Send an email to contact@llanglois.com including the following Information for placing a return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will get back to you with further instructions: Full name / Order number / Reason for the return
  • Fill out the return form you received with your parcel
  • Package your return securely with original packaging, tags and/or labels, with the return form and order number inside.
  • Make sure you’ve removed the original package label and take your package to a service point of a carrier of your choice close to you. To offer you the best possible support with all things returns, we recommend using DHL.

Processing returns may take up to 5 working days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
